Listen up, we do not need to clean ourselves up to come to be God’s friend. We can come as we are, crying out to God- as broken, sin-scarred, rebels, and God will do the work for us over time.
Sometimes all we see is a disaster, a mess, a situation that today’s culture may call toxic, a ‘story that could never end well’, hopeless, and pointless… But where there ARE HEARTS THAT WANT to obey God, truly, truly OBEY God, over time, though things will be hard beyond imagination, death-like almost, God CAN and WILL make beauty of ashes if you NEVER give up, but instead keep obeying HIM in the hellish storm.
God is here. Watching everything that goes on, trying to speak to you by inspiring within you: thoughts of goodness, and purpose.
Recently inspired by the Spirit to my husband, the fact that the mark of the beast, 666, may be cellphones. Phones/ social media have destroyed our communication and thus love for one another. A chip ‘ held in the hand’ that transfers to the orbs lodged in our ‘forehead’ thus transferring and infecting our brains like a virus, ‘ an idea is the most dangerous thing in existence,’ -Inception ( HENCE WHY WE NEED TO READ OUR BIBLES, TO TRULY KNOW GOD’S WORD AND AVOID DECEPTION FROM SATAN AND TODAY’S CULTURE- CAPTIVATE YOUR EVERY THOUGHT IN CHRIST).
Our real purpose in this life cannot be discovered without God. He made us, no one is an accident. He knew what we were for even while inside our mother’s womb. It takes Faith in GOD and selflessness to have kids in this crazy world, but it is God’s design. Imagine our story written in the Bible if it continued after Revelation, what would be said of your decisions? They supressed the power of the Holy Spirit, worshipping Baal methods of physicians out of selfish desires and unbelief, or they obeyed the LORD on High because HE NEVER changes?
God today is the same God that parted the Red Sea and brought upon wicked Egypt the plagues in order to save HIS people time and time again. Our minds have given up on miracles, that God CAN STILL DO. He can take a complete mess, a complete hopeless looking situation, and do a mighty work in it, that no human could ever do.
When we are weak, we are strong. When we cannot take it, cannot handle it, are ready to give up….cry out to God, HIS Spirit comes upon us, in grace that always comes right before a breaking point( because God never lets us be tempted beyond what we can handle,) God will give us HIS strength right in the perfect moment.
Sometimes all the wisdom in the world, all the reasoning of today’s culture just cannot line-up with the way God chooses to get things done in accordance with HIS own plans, HIS way of doing things sometimes is simply beyond our understanding.
Let me tell you from experience, a lot of the time, God’s way of doing things can look like nothing but a complete mess; seemingly unfair a lot of the time, almost** causing an aneurysm many times, but low and behold you come to realize later on looking back at every little crazy thing: “Wow! That only made me stronger. Wow, HE really does know what HE is doing, God is a genius💜🙌 ( understatement).”
Faith in God a lot of the time is like bungee jumping. The hardest part, the most scary part of all, is letting go…surrendering to God is the same as such; when things are completely out of our hands, we need to surrender, GOD HAS IT, believe it! Even if there is no immediate evidence God has it in HIS hands, if you keep on praying, obeying, and trust HIM, He will show you HE is able, He is real, and HE hears us.
Stop running to more sin to ease your pain! You’re only stopping yourself from discovering who God made you to be. Sin grieves the Spirit and the ability to hear and understand God.
The Remnant of Israel Saved1“At the same time,” says the Lord, “I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people.”2Thus says the Lord:“The people who survived the swordFound grace in the wilderness—Israel, when I went to give him rest.”3The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying:“Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.4Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt,O virgin of Israel! You shall again be adorned with your tambourines,And shall go forth in the dances of those who rejoice.5You shall yet plant vines on the mountains of Samaria; The planters shall plant and eat them as ordinary food.6For there shall be a dayWhen the watchmen will cry on Mount Ephraim,‘Arise, and let us go up to Zion,To the Lord our God.’ ”7For thus says the Lord:“Sing with gladness for Jacob,And shout among the chief of the nations;Proclaim, give praise, and say,‘O Lord, save Your people,The remnant of Israel!’8Behold, I will bring them from the north country,And gather them from the ends of the earth,Among them the blind and the lame,The woman with childAnd the one who labors with child, together;A great throng shall return there.9They shall come with weeping,And with supplications I will lead them.I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters,In a straight way in which they shall not stumble; For I am a Father to Israel,And Ephraim is My firstborn.10“Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,And declare it in the isles afar off, and say,‘He who scattered Israel will gather him,And keep him as a shepherd does his flock.’11For the Lord has redeemed Jacob,And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he.12Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion,Streaming to the goodness of the Lord—For wheat and new wine and oil,For the young of the flock and the herd;Their souls shall be like a well-watered garden,And they shall sorrow no more at all.13“Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance,And the young men and the old, together; For I will turn their mourning to joy,Will comfort them,And make them rejoice rather than sorrow.14I will satiate the soul of the priests with abundance,And My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the Lord.”Mercy on Ephraim15Thus says the Lord:“A voice was heard in Ramah,Lamentation and bitter weeping,Rachel weeping for her children,Refusing to be comforted for her children,Because they are no more.”16Thus says the Lord:“Refrain your voice from weeping,And your eyes from tears; For your work shall be rewarded, says the Lord,And they shall come back from the land of the enemy.17There is hope in your future, says the Lord,That your children shall come back to their own border.18“I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself:‘You have chastised me, and I was chastised,Like an untrained bull;Restore me, and I will return,For You are the Lord my God.19Surely, after my turning, I repented; And after I was instructed, I struck myself on the thigh;I was ashamed, yes, even humiliated,Because I bore the reproach of my youth.’20Is Ephraim My dear son?Ishe a pleasant child? For though I spoke against him,I earnestly remember him still; Therefore My heart yearns for him;I will surely have mercy on him, says the Lord.21“Set up signposts,Make landmarks;Set your heart toward the highway,The way in which you went.Turn back, O virgin of Israel,Turn back to these your cities.22How long will you gad about,O you backsliding daughter? For the Lord has created a new thing in the earth—A woman shall encompass a man.”Future Prosperity of Judah23Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “They shall again use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity: ‘The Lord bless you, O home of justice, and mountain of holiness!’ 24And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers and those going out with flocks. 25For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.”26After this I awoke and looked around, and my sleep was sweet to me.27“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man and the seed of beast. 28And it shall come to pass, that as I have watched over them to pluck up, to break down, to throw down, to destroy, and to afflict, so I will watch over them to build and to plant, says the Lord. 29In those days they shall say no more:‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes,And the children’s teeth are set on edge.’30But every one shall die for his own iniquity; every man who eats the sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.A New Covenant31“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— 32not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. 33But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”35Thus says the Lord,Who gives the sun for a light by day,The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night,Who disturbs the sea,And its waves roar(The Lord of hosts is His name):36“If those ordinances departFrom before Me, says the Lord,Then the seed of Israel shall also ceaseFrom being a nation before Me forever.”37Thus says the Lord:“If heaven above can be measured,And the foundations of the earth searched out beneath,I will also cast off all the seed of IsraelFor all that they have done, says the Lord.38“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, that the city shall be built for the Lord from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate. 39The surveyor’s line shall again extend straight forward over the hill Gareb; then it shall turn toward Goath. 40And the whole valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields as far as the Brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shallbe holy to the Lord. It shall not be plucked up or thrown down anymore forever.”

Faith is not just walking blindly ‘in things unseen,’ saying ‘God will defend my defiance’, but faith in God is taking the time to hear His voice in our thoughts and seek His direction and guidance and wisdom in all circumstances. We must captivate our thoughts in Christ. God’s Word alone, in all perfectly pure context is the truth. Sometimes we want answers immediately, but the answers come from waiting patiently in trials, enduring through severe hardships, and persevering until God fully vindicates you for the glory of His great name!
It is awful when we as people just washed the dishes, scrubbed the toilet, cooked a five star meal that caught on fire and unfortunately had to be thrown to the racoons outside, (so nobody actually saw it,) and then someone sees you sitting like a lump on a chair five minutes after all that and they say: “Why don’t you ever do anything around here!”
Imagine how God feels, when we say that about Him never doing anything or never answering us, God never stops working on His kids’ behalf. We just need to put our hearts in the right humble place to stop being blind and realize it.
We may not see a way or any obvious solution in certain situations and problems; and it may leave us anxious, depressed, and outraged. But we need to be ok sometimes with Not knowing how to solve something when we are completely at loss for answers. It is in those moments that we are to prove the genuine love for God in our hearts, and just trust Him completely.
God is Holy and never ever fails, and can’t fail. Sometimes all we need to do is know that everything IS GOING to work out, how? We may not know, but we gotta be ok with not having all the answers all the time. We are in the best hands, God’s hands. ( Not Allstate’s 😜, not human’s)
God is always good.💪❤
If you are struggling. Please do not think you are alone. If you are broken- hearted, if your health is in jeopardy, if you do not know where you will find money to pay the bills, if you are so stressed out…. I challenge you to be a warrior, and in your weakness find your strength in God. Surrender it all, just for a moment, believe with all your heart, as if your life depended on it, because it does, that everything is seriously going to be ok. Everything will be ok, because God is very real. And soon God WILL act, maybe not in the way you think He should, but God will move in a way that is GREATER than we could ever imagine, a way that will benefit all His people all at once, a way that no human is capable of ever fulfilling. God will get the glory He deserves. God will reach down and help His people, as He always has, time and time again. Just trust Him. Just trust the Almighty, all Holy God. Put on your armor and fight the good fight, of faith, with: righteousness, love, and peace! Let us overcome! Tell Satan to stand back, Christ will come! Pray, read your bible, pray and pray, and never fear! God comes NOT with a spirit of fear, but with love that overcomes all fear!
5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires;(A) but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.(B) 6 The mind governed by the flesh is death,(C)but the mind governed by the Spirit is life(D) and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God;(E) it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh(F) cannot please God.
9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh(G) but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you.(H) And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ,(I) they do not belong to Christ.
Romans 12:1, ESV: “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” … Let them be a living and holy sacrifice–the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.”
12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
1st John 2:17
New Living Translation
And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever
43 Afterward he brought me to the gate, the gate (A)that faces toward the east. 2 (B)And behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east. (C)His voice was like the sound of many waters; (D)and the earth shone with His glory. 3 It was (E)like the appearance of the vision which I saw—like the vision which I saw when [a]I came (F)to destroy the city. The visions were like the vision which I saw (G)by the River Chebar; and I fell on my face. 4 (H)And the glory of the Lord came into the [b]temple by way of the gate which faces toward the east. 5 (I)The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, (J)the glory of the Lord filled the [c]temple.
6 Then I heard Him speaking to me from the temple, while (K)a man stood beside me. 7 And He said to me, “Son of man, this is (L)the place of My throne and (M)the place of the soles of My feet, (N)where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever. (O)No more shall the house of Israel defile My holy name, they nor their kings, by their [d]harlotry or with (P)the carcasses of their kings on their high places. 8 (Q)When they set their threshold by My threshold, and their doorpost by My doorpost, with a wall between them and Me, they defiled My holy name by the abominations which they committed; therefore I have consumed them in My anger. 9 Now let them put their harlotry and the carcasses of their kings far away from Me, and I will dwell in their midst forever.
10 “Son of man, (R)describe the [e]temple to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern. 11 And if they are ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the design of the [f]temple and its arrangement, its exits and its entrances, its entire design and all its (S)ordinances, all its forms and all its laws. Write it down in their sight, so that they may keep its whole design and all its ordinances, and (T)perform them. 12 This is the law of the [g]temple: The whole area surrounding (U)the mountaintop is most holy. Behold, this is the law of the temple.
13 “These are the measurements of the (V)altar in cubits (W)(the [h]cubit is one cubit and a handbreadth): the base one cubit high and one cubit wide, with a rim all around its edge of one span. This is the height of the altar: 14 from the base on the ground to the lower ledge, two cubits; the width of the ledge, one cubit; from the smaller ledge to the larger ledge, four cubits; and the width of the ledge, one cubit. 15 The altar hearth is four cubits high, with four (X)horns extending upward from the [i]hearth. 16 The altar hearth is twelve cubits long, twelve wide, (Y)square at its four corners; 17 the ledge, fourteen cubits long and fourteen wide on its four sides, with a rim of half a cubit around it; its base, one cubit all around; and (Z)its steps face toward the east.”
18 And He said to me, “Son of man, thus says the Lord God: ‘These are the ordinances for the altar on the day when it is made, for sacrificing (AA)burnt offerings on it, and for (AB)sprinkling blood on it. 19 You shall give (AC)a young bull for a sin offering to (AD)the priests, the Levites, who are of the seed of (AE)Zadok, who approach Me to minister to Me,’ says the Lord God. 20 ‘You shall take some of its blood and put it on the four horns of the altar, on the four corners of the ledge, and on the rim around it; thus you shall cleanse it and make atonement for it. 21 Then you shall also take the bull of the sin offering, and (AF)burn it in the appointed place of the [j]temple, (AG)outside the sanctuary. 22 On the second day you shall offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed itwith the bull. 23 When you have finished cleansing it, you shall offer a young bull without blemish, and a ram from the flock without blemish. 24 When you offer them before the Lord, (AH)the priests shall throw salt on them, and they will offer them up as a burnt offering to the Lord. 25 Every day for (AI)seven days you shall prepare a goat for a sin offering; they shall also prepare a young bull and a ram from the flock, both without blemish. 26 Seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and purify it, and so [k]consecrate [l]it. 27 (AJ)When these days are over it shall be, on the eighth day and thereafter, that the priests shall offer your burnt offerings and your peace offerings on the altar; and I will (AK)accept you,’ says the Lord God.”

Our body is the temple of God
[Meant to be filled with HIS Holy Spirit]
‘We do not get better to come to God, we come to God as we are, to get better.’
Anything sinful that we allow to fill the temple God has given us, will grieve the Holy Spirit and cause a wide range of issues in our lives. From maritial struggles, mental illness, physical illness, identity issues, self-hatred, covetousness, lusts, legal ramifications, diseases, etc.
Sin brings suffering.
There is a spiritual realm. Phenomena beyond what we see on the surface; there is God, the angels, and the devil and evil spirits/ demons that influence and attack.
Sin causes damage on the spiritual level beyond what we can even see or completely understand, hence why God asks us to obey HIM, so we don’t find ourselves being attacked/ damaged beyond what we may even comprehend.
‘Overcoming the flesh’ [ fully repenting of sins with the help of the Spirit and sincere whole-hearted prayer,] ‘and drawing ourselves closer to God,’ through bible reading, continuing in obedience, and focused prayer from our hearts, will help us be able to know/ understand that God is there even in the darkest of times.
A bible devotion that points out how CRITICAL (and effective), prayer is.
Link to the devotion:
Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
2nd Cor. 5:7
For we live by faith, not by sight.
11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
We are to walk by faith and not by sight. Though we may only see darkness for a long while, God will never leave the side of those who earnestly seek Him.
Our joy comes from the hope that we have in God and His promises (that never fail, and thus can never let us down,) and through this hope we find purpose, and thus a reason to keep fighting the good fight.
God promised Jesus Christ will return again. Christ IS coming soon.
Whatever we speak of the most, focus on the most, worry about the most, these are our gods/idols. YAH must be our primary focus followed by all other importances of life. For it is God alone that NEVER changes, and God alone that will stand when all else crumbles.
10 Hear what the Lord says to you, people of Israel. 2 This is what the Lord says:
“Do not learn the ways of the nations(B)
or be terrified by signs(C) in the heavens,
though the nations are terrified by them.
3 For the practices of the peoples are worthless;
they cut a tree out of the forest,
and a craftsman(D) shapes it with his chisel.(E)
4 They adorn it with silver(F) and gold;
they fasten it with hammer and nails
so it will not totter.(G)
5 Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field,
their idols cannot speak;(H)
they must be carried
because they cannot walk.(I)
Do not fear them;
they can do no harm(J)
nor can they do any good.”(K)
6 No one is like you,(L) Lord;
you are great,(M)
and your name is mighty in power.
7 Who should not fear(N) you,
King of the nations?(O)
This is your due.
Among all the wise leaders of the nations
and in all their kingdoms,
there is no one like you.
8 They are all senseless(P) and foolish;(Q)
they are taught by worthless wooden idols.(R)
9 Hammered silver is brought from Tarshish(S)
and gold from Uphaz.
What the craftsman and goldsmith have made(T)
is then dressed in blue and purple—
all made by skilled workers.
10 But the Lord is the true God;
he is the living God,(U) the eternal King.(V)
When he is angry,(W) the earth trembles;(X)
the nations cannot endure his wrath.(Y)
12 But God made(AA) the earth(AB) by his power;
he founded the world by his wisdom(AC)
and stretched out the heavens(AD) by his understanding.
13 When he thunders,(AE) the waters in the heavens roar;
he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth.
He sends lightning(AF) with the rain(AG)
and brings out the wind from his storehouses.(AH)
14 Everyone is senseless and without knowledge;
every goldsmith is shamed(AI) by his idols.
The images he makes are a fraud;(AJ)
they have no breath in them.
15 They are worthless,(AK) the objects of mockery;
when their judgment comes, they will perish.
16 He who is the Portion(AL) of Jacob is not like these,
for he is the Maker of all things,(AM)
including Israel, the people of his inheritance(AN)—
the Lord Almighty is his name.(AO)
17 Gather up your belongings(AP) to leave the land,
you who live under siege.
18 For this is what the Lord says:
“At this time I will hurl(AQ) out
those who live in this land;
I will bring distress(AR) on them
so that they may be captured.”
19 Woe to me because of my injury!
My wound(AS) is incurable!
Yet I said to myself,
“This is my sickness, and I must endure(AT) it.”
20 My tent(AU) is destroyed;
all its ropes are snapped.
My children are gone from me and are no more;(AV)
no one is left now to pitch my tent
or to set up my shelter.
21 The shepherds(AW) are senseless(AX)
and do not inquire of the Lord;(AY)
so they do not prosper(AZ)
and all their flock is scattered.(BA)
22 Listen! The report is coming—
a great commotion from the land of the north!(BB)
It will make the towns of Judah desolate,(BC)
a haunt of jackals.(BD)
23 Lord, I know that people’s lives are not their own;
it is not for them to direct their steps.(BE)
24 Discipline me, Lord, but only in due measure—
not in your anger,(BF)
or you will reduce me to nothing.(BG)
25 Pour out your wrath on the nations(BH)
that do not acknowledge you,
on the peoples who do not call on your name.(BI)
For they have devoured(BJ) Jacob;
they have devoured him completely
and destroyed his homeland.(
33 While Jeremiah was still confined(A) in the courtyard(B) of the guard, the word of the Lordcame to him a second time:(C) 2 “This is what the Lord says, he who made the earth,(D) the Lord who formed it and established it—the Lordis his name:(E) 3 ‘Call(F) to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable(G)things you do not know.’ 4 For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says about the houses in this city and the royal palaces of Judah that have been torn down to be used against the siege(H) ramps(I) and the sword 5 in the fight with the Babylonians[a]: ‘They will be filled with the dead bodies of the people I will slay in my anger and wrath.(J) I will hide my face(K) from this city because of all its wickedness.
6 “‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal(L) my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace(M) and security. 7 I will bring Judah(N) and Israel back from captivity[b](O)and will rebuild(P) them as they were before.(Q)8 I will cleanse(R) them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive(S) all their sins of rebellion against me. 9 Then this city will bring me renown,(T) joy, praise(U) and honor(V) before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble(W) at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’
10 “This is what the Lord says: ‘You say about this place, “It is a desolate waste, without people or animals.”(X) Yet in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem that are deserted,(Y) inhabited by neither people nor animals, there will be heard once more 11 the sounds of joy and gladness,(Z) the voices of bride and bridegroom, and the voices of those who bring thank offerings(AA) to the house of the Lord, saying,
12 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In this place, desolate(AF) and without people or animals(AG)—in all its towns there will again be pastures for shepherds to rest their flocks.(AH)13 In the towns of the hill(AI) country, of the western foothills and of the Negev,(AJ) in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem and in the towns of Judah, flocks will again pass under the hand(AK) of the one who counts them,’ says the Lord.
14 “‘The days are coming,’ declares the Lord, ‘when I will fulfill the good promise(AL) I made to the people of Israel and Judah.
15 “‘In those days and at that time
I will make a righteous(AM) Branch(AN)sprout from David’s line;(AO)
he will do what is just and right in the land.
16 In those days Judah will be saved(AP)
and Jerusalem will live in safety.(AQ)
This is the name by which it[c] will be called:(AR)
The Lord Our Righteous Savior.’(AS)
17 For this is what the Lord says: ‘David will never fail(AT) to have a man to sit on the throne of Israel, 18 nor will the Levitical(AU) priests(AV)ever fail to have a man to stand before me continually to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings and to present sacrifices.(AW)’”
19 The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:20 “This is what the Lord says: ‘If you can break my covenant with the day(AX) and my covenant with the night, so that day and night no longer come at their appointed time,(AY) 21 then my covenant(AZ) with David my servant—and my covenant with the Levites(BA) who are priests ministering before me—can be broken and David will no longer have a descendant to reign on his throne.(BB) 22 I will make the descendants of David my servant and the Levites who minister before me as countless(BC) as the stars in the sky and as measureless as the sand on the seashore.’”
23 The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:24 “Have you not noticed that these people are saying, ‘The Lord has rejected the two kingdoms[d](BD) he chose’? So they despise(BE)my people and no longer regard them as a nation.(BF) 25 This is what the Lord says: ‘If I have not made my covenant with day and night(BG) and established the laws(BH) of heaven and earth,(BI) 26 then I will reject(BJ) the descendants of Jacob(BK) and David my servant and will not choose one of his sons to rule over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes[e](BL) and have compassion(BM) on them.’”
The Lord himself watches over you! The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade. Psalm 121:5
New American Standard 1977
do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.
The stigma is rampant that all homeless people or people struggling severely financially, are: drug addicts, lazy, mentally gone, dangerous, and/ or criminal.
Let me break that stigma right now, because I’m in that struggle and it is horrible, and painfully unnecessary. But yet it’s like a vicious blackhole in the hands of this oppressive self-seeking world. I never stop moving all day, working until my hands bleed sometimes, I am not even kidding, so please do not call me lazy. I have never done drugs in my entire life. I have no criminal record, and on top of this I was valedictorian, and did finish a Bachelor’s degree at a prestigious college, all the erroneously nonsensical criteria that’s supposably gonna land you some kind of high paying dream job (that sure didnt happen, until this day my every job application continues to come back with, “Unfortunately we decided to move forward with our decision, you did not fully meet the qualifications we are seeking.” So often these days, just $3.00 feels like it’s crucial to survival for the month.
This is so WRONG! And NOT just for myself and my own family, but for many, many, MANY, MANY other families out there, that are trying to keep it together on hardly any resources and with hardly any support, just to be judged, and then questioned up and down, and convicted for letting tears roll out in desperation; questioning them like: “Oh my gosh what’s wrong with you, I think they have medication for your pain.”
I have watched a little girl at the flea market, where I tried to sell some used stuff, ask her mom if they had clothes for her, because she seriously looked like hers were overly used, I wish I had her size to just give her, even though I was struggling, because it hurt to see her hurt, and it’s a pain I’ve understood. I have seen the face of a homeless person with tears well up in their eyes from just handing them something to drink. I’ve felt for the little kids that ask their mom and dad why they couldn’t eat out like the other kids, just to watch their parents tug them home in helplessness because they did not have enough.
There are hard-hearted people with more vicious intentions that are filthy rich, well-off, and cruel, than are the drug-addicts on the street. There will always be evil everywhere, until Christ returns. But for those: families, individuals, countries, children, that you can lend a hand to, even if it is just a simple gesture of kindness, even if it is just a bottle of fresh water, or if it is greater because you can easily supply the means to do so, please do so. Please stop living for yourselves, so many people are oppressed, and it makes being a genuine hearted person a whole lot harder, when youre bombarded in woes and outcasted as a bum.
I want to start a GoFundMe to help various, different causes, yes of course including my own family. Please don’t be cruel, if you do not want to donate even a dime, please at least share the link:
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
2 John 1:6, KJV: “And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.” … 2 John 1:6, NLT: “Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he has commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning.”
1 Vindicate me, my God,
and plead my cause(A)
against an unfaithful nation.
Rescue me(B) from those who are
deceitful and wicked.(C)
2 You are God my stronghold.
Why have you rejected(D) me?
Why must I go about mourning,(E)
oppressed by the enemy?(F)
3 Send me your light(G) and your faithful care,(H)
let them lead me;(I)
let them bring me to your holy mountain,(J)
to the place where you dwell.(K)
4 Then I will go(L) to the altar(M) of God,
to God, my joy(N) and my delight.(O)
I will praise you with the lyre,(P)
O God, my God.
5 Why, my soul, are you downcast?
Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God.(Q)
18 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel:
“‘The parents eat sour grapes,
and the children’s teeth are set on edge’?(A)
3 “As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, you will no longer quote this proverb(B) in Israel. 4 For everyone belongs to me, the parent as well as the child—both alike belong to me. The one who sins(C) is the one who will die.(D)
5 “Suppose there is a righteous man
who does what is just and right.
6 He does not eat at the mountain(E)shrines
or look to the idols(F) of Israel.
He does not defile his neighbor’s wife
or have sexual relations with a woman during her period.(G)
7 He does not oppress(H) anyone,
but returns what he took in pledge(I)for a loan.
He does not commit robbery(J)
but gives his food to the hungry(K)
and provides clothing for the naked.(L)
8 He does not lend to them at interest
or take a profit from them.(M)
He withholds his hand from doing wrong
and judges fairly(N) between two parties.
9 He follows my decrees(O)
and faithfully keeps my laws.
That man is righteous;(P)
he will surely live,(Q)
declares the Sovereign Lord.
“He eats at the mountain shrines.(S)
He defiles his neighbor’s wife.
12 He oppresses the poor(T) and needy.
He commits robbery.
He does not return what he took in pledge.(U)
He looks to the idols.
He does detestable things.(V)
13 He lends at interest and takes a profit.(W)
Will such a man live? He will not! Because he has done all these detestable things, he is to be put to death; his blood will be on his own head.(X)
14 “But suppose this son has a son who sees all the sins his father commits, and though he sees them, he does not do such things:(Y)
15 “He does not eat at the mountain shrines(Z)
or look to the idols(AA) of Israel.
He does not defile his neighbor’s wife.
16 He does not oppress anyone
or require a pledge for a loan.
He does not commit robbery
but gives his food to the hungry(AB)
and provides clothing for the naked.(AC)
17 He withholds his hand from mistreating the poor
and takes no interest or profit from them.
He keeps my laws(AD) and follows my decrees.
He will not die for his father’s sin; he will surely live. 18 But his father will die for his own sin, because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother and did what was wrong among his people.
19 “Yet you ask, ‘Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?’ Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live.(AE)20 The one who sins is the one who will die.(AF)The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them.(AG)
21 “But if(AH) a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees(AI) and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die.(AJ)22 None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live.(AK) 23 Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign Lord. Rather, am I not pleased(AL) when they turn from their ways and live?(AM)
24 “But if a righteous person turns(AN) from their righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked person does, will they live? None of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered. Because of the unfaithfulness(AO)they are guilty of and because of the sins they have committed, they will die.(AP)
25 “Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’(AQ) Hear, you Israelites: Is my way unjust?(AR) Is it not your ways that are unjust? 26 If a righteous person turns from their righteousness and commits sin, they will die for it; because of the sin they have committed they will die. 27 But if a wicked person turns away from the wickedness they have committed and does what is just and right, they will save their life.(AS) 28 Because they consider all the offenses they have committed and turn away from them, that person will surely live; they will not die.(AT) 29 Yet the Israelites say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ Are my ways unjust, people of Israel? Is it not your ways that are unjust?
30 “Therefore, you Israelites, I will judge each of you according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent!(AU) Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.(AV) 31 Rid(AW) yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart(AX) and a new spirit. Why(AY) will you die, people of Israel?(AZ) 32 For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent(BA) and live!(BB)
We are meant to walk on the narrow path to life, yes there will be trials and tribulations.
We have freewill, God does not force us to do good, though he begs we do because it hurts Him to see us suffer from purposely choosing bad. Though God is still sovereign. Working all things together for good for those that love Him. ( Romans 8:28)
It’s important to seek God’s direction, which encompasses ALL God’s scriptures in context in all entirety, not manipulating them to our fleshly desire & His Spirit which is pure 1st then love ( love is…1st Cor 13:4-8 ). We must surrender to let God’s will be done in our lives, not our own will.
We will suffocate in anxiety, frustration, and depression if we try to force our rushed, selfish, pleasure-desiring will over God’s peaceful, sound, reassuring will.
Be still in God when things are out of our control, God is fighting our battles. Exodus 14:14
Do not worry so much about taking the reigns on the distant future, the bible says in Matt 6:34,
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Believers and unbelievers are equally sinful. The difference is ONLY the gift of God’s sinless Holy Spirit poured into those that choose to believe in Him with all their heart and thus repent and obey Him.
To properly repent means to not keep running back to a sin. With God’s Holy Spirit this is possible. We must just throw away our pride and confess to God sincerely what specifically we struggle with.
Confessing to God is not meant to be humiliating, it’s meant to set our soul free of burden. It’s basically acknowledging that you need help, you want help, you’re using your freewill to choose to get that help, and in prayer to God through Christ you ask for it, and He will give His Holy Spirit to overcome the weaknesses of the flesh. Keep asking and believe and you will receive.
To stay on the narrow path means a blessing of God’s Holy Spirit upon your life. And the fruits of the Spirit that come over time. Joy, inner peace, patience, self-control, kindness, goodness etc.
To step off the narrow path means falling into Satan’s traps, or simply being hunted ( tempted) by Satan essentially, which bring: what we refer to as ‘mental illness’ today, ranging from anxiety, to paranoia, to schizo, to bipolar, to depression, to identity crises. ( Physically observable there is still a chemical imbalance, and there are still hereditary ties ( its called being born sinners), and there may have still been trauma, or drug abuse,) all are connected in losing ourselves from biconditionally having lost God, or refused God). Losing God means losing ourselves because God made us. Trying to live without God is like living without a heart and a soul and a mind, we become emotionless, lagging, glitching, breaking robots.
God gives tremendous grace to his babies new to the Faith, eventually as we grow stronger in Faith we will become weaned off of things we too heavily relied on, and of course Satan will try harsher methods to tempt us, testing our Faith, but with God we can overcome these tests ( God will never allow us to be tempted beyond what we can endure,), learn more, and grow more, drawing closer to God, and becoming like those of the bible that trusted God even when things seemed impossible.
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
A prayer you’ve been praying may not seem to have been fully answered, but God never stops working all things together for good for those that love HIM ( Romans 8:28) ( Everything does have a reason).
Our lives are not for ourselves, we are all connected, meant to be a story and testimony to another in need of hope and proof of God’s promises. God just giving us everything we ask for right away for ourselves to care for ourselves, a lot of the time is even just harmful to ourselves. God’s plans are so much bigger than just ourselves; our lives are meant to be lights for God to lift up others who will lift up others, a never ending chain reaction of God’s grand plan and ultimate will. Trust YAHWEH in the storm. You can dance, even as it thunders, knowing the rainbow WILL eventually come. God promises. And God is incapable of breaking a promise.
Sometimes we dont need anything, just prayer.
If you are struggling terribly:
Please just take a breath, and try to relax, and quietly and slowly, in your mind pray this prayer:
Lord God Almighty, I’m struggling right now
Lord God Almighty, I’m struggling right now
Lord God Almighty, I’m struggling right now
Please Help me God
Please Help me God
Please comfort me God
Please Protect me Lord God
Please give me peace Lord God
Please watch over me Lord God
Please God, deliver me from all evil
Please God deliver me from all evil
Please God cause the enemy to flee
God please cause the enemy to flee
Put a covering over my home please God
Send angels please God
Bring salvation please God
Please God watch over us
Please God protect your people
Please Lord protect my family
We love you God
We trust you Lord God
We praise you God
We praise you God
Practice & Preach
Preach & Practice
Practice what you preach by preaching what you practice.
Everybody going through a test of 🔥 fiery trials while trying to obey God, knows how much you wanna just blow up, stomp, and burst open with: “It’s easier said than done!” Or a “So why don’t you do it this way or that way.”
We will all go through it, until we give up our selfish, pitiful, proud, wrathful, unforgiving, jealous, guilty, self-hating complaints of the flesh and recall that all that we do, if it is good and biblical, we do it for God, every work we do, whether light or whether draining and slave-like, is ultimately to be a light for God.
Now on the matter of this subject, practicing and preaching, let’s first talk about practicing:
Practicing is what you do, how you live, what you say, how you obey God, how you submit to those being used by God as vessels to direct you, how you read God’s word and ask Him for understanding while doing so, to even begin to know whether or not others are even directing you in the right and biblical direction ( no one said take directions blindly, read God’s Word to make sure your guide isn’t misinterpreting the map so to speak,) if things don’t make sense don’t sit there unsettled in doubt and try to be ok with it (its an awfully confusing and unnecessary thing, considering God has all the answers,) keep praying, seek, ask, knock, God can answer.
7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
So in practicing.. when you obey God’s rules in the Bible beyond just the ten commandments..Should you just do a loosey goosey job of following His rules. Like oop didnt murder anyone, mmhmm I do not fornicate, Uhh I never steal, I’m pretty cool to my neighbors, I said hi one time, I gave some money in the offering plate, uhh married, good got my life together, working hard earning the green to pay the bills, I’m a saint, gonna sit next to Christ in heaven.
These things are important, but let’s get a little griddier, God says if you look at another woman that is NOT your wife, as to even have a passion for her you have already commited adultery in your heart.. GOD IS JUST THAT HOLY.
Think about it, the last time you let your mind wander in a thought that was not holy and was not clean or was not healthy or was not of the Spirit or was not wholesome, or sparked hatred, what happened?.. You probably either actually went out and commited a sin because you kept entertaining yourself with an illegal thought for your own pleasure or pity or pride, fear, or selfishness, and/or the illegal thought caused tension, maybe a fight, maybe wrath, maybe ungodly destruction.
Don’t ever entertain an ungodly thought, it’s the worst virus in existence, a thought entertained that is not biblically sound.
Shut down that illegal thought immediately, and get up and grab your ‘sword’ the bible, open it, and read it, while praying, and destroy that thought. Use your full armor of God.
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Our obedience to God is meant to be done with our whole heart, our whole mind, and our whole soul, if we practice God’s word like we fling around an old dirty mop while cleaning a floor and never deep clean, down on our knees scrubbing till our fingers bleed and the floor shines like a mirror, how will we ever get closer to a HOLY (clean and perfect) God ( We won’t. If we don’t..If we are filt-ridden, and unwilling to clean up right, we’ll never ever begin to understand what holiness actually means and why it’s super important to God’s heart and feelings.)
Same thing goes for preaching.
We are here as vessels for God’s work, for the spreading of the Word of the Gospel and the Hope of His kingdom. If we practice, practice, practice God’s Word, well excellent. But now speak it, because your fellow believers already know you go to church, but we aren’t just there to bring our fellow believers to God, we need to bring hope of salvation to others around us. And if we don’t open our mouth to say what we need to say, no one reads minds, if we don’t speak the words others are suffocating to hear, or write a letter, or shoot someone a text, how will they ever even know what we stand for.
You cannot hoard the joy God’s Word brings, the only way to get joy out of God’s Word is to share it (so contrast to the lies of the self-centered world).
Preaching though like practicing, is not meant to be done loosey goosey either, you don’t just go yell about God, or speak bible verses like plop plop plop my job is done, ( similar to planting seeds, you actually make an effort to plant the seeds in the dirt, water, and care, and let the love of God work***, you do it with your whole heart, your whole soul, and your whole mind too, not just throw the seeds on the dirt and pray they get planted. We have been taught how to plant effectively by other people who in the beginning were told by God how to do so).
1st Cor. 13
If I speak in the tongues a of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, b but do not have love, I gain nothing.
And lastly preaching and practicing are inseparable, though we make mistakes and will never be perfect, if we preach against pride we should be able to own up to our mistakes and humbly admit them, if we preach against selfishness and love of money, we had better be striving to serve everyone in need as God puts it on our hearts and doing so while not neglecting our own family nor the sheep being shepherded in a church. If we preach against lust, we had better be keeping our own thoughts in check, if we preach against hatred, we had better not go and eat someone alive with vicious words, if we speak of forgiveness, the idea that Christ died on the ✝ to pay for our sins so that we may be forgiven, we had better stop blaming and bringing up the past( keeping record of wrongs). God sent His son to pay a horrible price for everything we have done and would ever do wrong. We must give each other grace as God gives us so so so so much grace for the super dumb things everyone does every single day, we hardly have suffered for every little thing we have done wrong because God is gracious.
. But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. 4 For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with iteasily enough.
1st Cor 11. ( A false apostle is essentially a hypocrite)
5 I do not think I am in the least inferior to those “super-apostles.”[a] 6 I may indeed be untrained as a speaker, but I do have knowledge. We have made this perfectly clear to you in every way.7 Was it a sin for me to lower myself in order to elevate you by preaching the gospel of God to you free of charge? 8 I robbed other churches by receiving support from them so as to serve you.9 And when I was with you and needed something, I was not a burden to anyone, for the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied what I needed. I have kept myself from being a burden to you in any way, and will continue to do so. 10 As surely as the truth of Christ is in me, nobody in the regions of Achaia will stop this boasting of mine. 11 Why? Because I do not love you? God knows I do!
12 And I will keep on doing what I am doing in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things they boast about. 13 For such people are false apostles, deceitfulworkers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.
1st Cor 13:4-8 are commandments too:
blaming, bringing up the past, pride, are sins too that can easily cause things to explode and get way out of hand
Proverbs 15:1 A soft answer turns away wrath…
As we grow in sanctification to be more and more like Christ, you cannot bring up the past because a person may have already repented and grown, change is possible when a heart truly seeks God.
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;
He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities
Thus we should not compare each other to decide who is holier because blessings nor sufferings serve as a scale to measure who is a less of a sinner, we all fall short of the holiness of God.
Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
We are ALL equally capable of drawing closer and closer to God no matter what our circumstances or who we are. It all begins with humility, and obedience to the Lord out of fear and love for God, and just a mustard seed of Faith ( that will grow and grow into the biggest tree you’ve ever seen as you continue to obey and overcome, overtime), and His gift of the Holy Spirit.
Now the purpose of this article is not to be ‘legalistic’ or make anyone feel as though we are judged according to our works, there is so much grace, and God is so forgiving. But recall that we should not sin that grace may abound. The purpose of this article is to wake us up to realize that God spits out lukewarm Christians ( Rev 3:16 So, because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of my mouth.) If you havent had joy while in a fire, you’re conforming to the world or other lies, and are in need of striving further to more closely obey God’s WORD. Only God gives joy in trials. It is POSSIBLE!
As God’s people we will experience some kind of persecution at one point or another( after all Jesus our Master ((Matt. 10:24 A disciple is not above the teacher, nor a servant above his master.)) did everything perfectly, and still so many hated him, their hard hearts kept them from even understanding; so how much less a servant over a master in experiencing opposition): A type of persecution that the devil sadly and devastatingly uses, is attack on our thoughts.
Attack on thoughts can be likened to the horrible experience Jesus went through in the garden of Gethsemane, as Satan attacked his thoughts.
God is incapable of evil, 100% holy, perfect, and good. Though we may suffer, God is never the one who causes it, though he may allow it for good ( suffering is the furnace where God can mold us ( like diamonds) into warriors of good if we surrender to His will and not lies or evil).
Suffering in thoughts ( a tactic of the devil) ( God is good, He does not torture our minds with bad thoughts) may look like/ feel like:
Bitter thoughts about others and the imagining of their evil gossip against you. “What others think about you is none of your business,” Everybody is a sinner and broken by nature, if they choose to speak evil, God will hold them accountable for their words, we must do good regardless. Our value does not come from imperfect man, but from perfect God that knows why He made you, and why He painted you unique and beautiful in your own way. We ultimately live for God and do all we do for God. With that, choose your associations wisely. Bad associations spoil useful habits.
Jealousy and false soap operas in our minds: If we let Satan trap us with jealousy whether over our maritial partners, over materialistic stuff, or over looks or character traits of others, we are basically spitting on the painting God made of us before all time, throwing a spoiled brat tantrum for more stuff, and/or, not believing God’s Spirit can keep two of His children together in marriage should they both seek Him, or at least one seek Him deeply on behalf of their unbelieving significant other.
Unbelief ( usually rooted from not enough focus on Spiritual promises and too much fleshly/ wordly focus):
Choose your associations wisely. Too much talk and worry regarding money issues/ lack of a job/ not a good car/ ugly clothes/ no house of your own/ too many problems in your marriage and lies that you should separate/ too many TV shows that dum drum away the fact that Christ will come soon, is so super depressing after awhile, your bound to snap like a hungry hungry hippo and take all the built-up irritation and hopelessness out on others all around you.
Paranoia or anxiety and fear:
If you open your bible to seek God, the devil hates it, always pray for a covering before you read, pray for clarity after you read something, and pray for protection, God is sovereign, seriously the devil can run across your living room while you are trying to read the bible, your kids might bite your leg and your dog poop on the couch, you may want to give up your bible entirely after that, Don’t! God IS SOVEREIGN over everything, especially the devil, God will not let you ever go through more than you can handle, He made you, He knows your limits. Persevere in prayer always, sit quietly and be still in God if you have this extreme garden of Gethsamane-like moment. Don’t ever fear. Trust God. He can send a legion of angels for your protection at any moment.
How do we become more sanctified, more Christ-like, and more Spirit filled? In the midst of suffering we obey God, we do good, we fight sin, we pray ferociously, we sing praises to the Lord in the midst of the fire to overcome the suffering. God is good, surrender all to Him. It is during the fire( each battle against the devil and sin) that He makes warriors of light and good. Obey God, trust Him. Pray ferociously without ceasing, while in the fire. Be angry, but do not sin. Be still and quiet in prayer as you fight, the devil will flee as you recognize the lies he uses through bad thoughts. The pain sometimes may last for the night, but joy will come in the morning.
Psalm 30:5 For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.ESVUK
God loves you, sing. He is always, always there.
